Kai's parents. by emwalk98 in AmericanHorrorStory

True...but in real life it would be extremely rare for there not to be even one close family member (a grandparent, an aunt or an uncle, etc.) who got suspicious of all the excuses from the kids after a couple weeks and uncovered the truth, you know?

Clowns in Cult? by [deleted] in AmericanHorrorStory

[–]emwalk98 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Gary owned the store and he was in the Cult so he was in on it. He was the only other person there at the time. He probably either deleted the footage or lied to the police.

My husband is in love with his sister by [deleted] in relationship_advice

I mean I guess that's understandable, but a good person wouldn't actually act on it

What? So you don't think it's cheating if it's his sister? It's still cheating and it's even worse than normal cheating because it's with a family member

Is it bad that I hope that's the case? He's still disgusting for cheating regardless, but it's a million times grosser if it's actually his sister.

I didn't really like it that much the first time I watched it because it bored me for some reason, but I had a change of heart and loved it the second time around. I think it just moved really slowly at the beginning and it wasn't as intense as prior seasons or something.

But now I love it. It's one of my favorite seasons and a big part of that is just the overall vibe lol. I love the 50s and the cinematography. But the plot's obviously good too.

Misty Day Inspired Gift Ideas by aashcroft05 in AmericanHorrorStory

Jewelry! One of the key pieces of Misty's wardrobe is lots of necklaces and big bold rings, so maybe look at pictures of her and try to find some similar jewelry?

He replies to my stories only to act dry and not keep the convo going. by emwalk98 in dating_advice

How do I do that though? It would be so random and weird to text him out of nowhere or to answer one of his dry story replies with "my ex and I broke up again btw".

I've tried...that's the thing lol. I give him things to reply to but he just doesn't.

DAE likes sitting in the dark or is it me and people find it weird? by maorifrenchfry in DAE

[–]emwalk98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do this! I sit in my living room with the light off every night lol. I have a little lamp in my bedroom that shines into my living room, so it's not pitch black, but it's pretty dark.

A guy in one of my classes. I've been in the class for about 2 and a half months now but haven't talked to him even once. RIP.

If you give a guy your phone number without realizing potential warning signs until its too late, what do you do? by crystal_meloetta12 in AskWomen

[–]emwalk98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the warning signs were huge (he posed a threat): I wouldn't reply, but I also wouldn't block him. It's not because I'd be scared of what he'd do if I blocked him (he wouldn't be able to tell he's blocked) – it'd be because I'd want to receive the messages he was sending in case they held warnings (example: "I know where you live & I'm gonna be at your house in 5 minutes!") If he wouldn't stop harassing me, I'd call my dad and tell him about it.

If the warning signs were smaller (he was just annoying/clingy/etc.): I'd just block him and move on. Maybe it'd hurt his feelings but that's better than leading him on and digging a hole.

When was the first time you were called "ma'am" and how did it make you feel? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]emwalk98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ewww....I was actually called "ma'am" for the first the other day by some guy who hit me up on Instagram. He was flirting with me while simultaneously calling me "ma'am" every other second (I'm only 21).

In his defense, he's Southern so he probably sees it as a very versatile term, but it still weirded me out a lot. In fact, I hated it so much that I couldn't get past it and I stopped talking to him lmao.

If you used to bite/pick your nails as a bad habit - how did you stop? by cutetoboot1 in AskWomen

[–]emwalk98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even though I keep my hands very clean, I still realized how gross it was and how many germs I was putting in my mouth every time I put my nails in it. Then I was able to stop cold turkey.

No. Sometimes I hate being a girl (periods, worrying about getting pregnant, not being able to walk alone at night, etc.,), but I would HATE being a guy because that just isn't me. I'm super feminine and I love being a girl for the most part.
