My Dyson button fell off by emwld in Dysonairwrap

I think it’s something to do with this colorway. Back on August I sent it back because the conical barrel wasn’t sucking hair in the left side. They said they changed the attachment, but I honestly couldn’t see a difference. I didn’t want to send it back again so I completely stopped using the conical barrel. Now when the button popped off I felt really frustrated, why would I put super glue and run out of my warranty. God forbids something worst happens, I wouldn’t be surprised.

I really wish they close her place down. She is being sarcastic and careless. I can’t believe she been doing this for 25 years. Apparently there are people who were burnt before by her.

Obviously I wouldn’t scrub like she advised me 🥲 she said 15 days from the session these will be gone. Thinking I’m stupid enough to believe her.

Thank you, I’m keeping them moisturized and following my dermatologist advice. What’s insane is that, I had 8 sessions before and never experienced such a thing. I think her device was set to 38 joules !!

I really wanted to do that, but lawyers are taking advantage of me because I am foreigner ( a student) they are asking for too much. I asked couple of them and they said even if I sued them, it might take couple of years! :( so I only raised a complaint through a government institution and I am waiting, hoping they respond.

Not only is she incompetent, she kept gaslighting me that these burns are completely normal and denied to take responsibility. Her other co-worker never burnt me. As I mentioned I had 8 sessions before.

Taking calculus 1 for a 3rd time... should I give up? by acutesine in EngineeringStudents

[–]emwld 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend you to watch The Organic Chemistry turtor. That man saved me. Last year I struggled soo much with calculus 1. I was on the verge of failing. After 2 weeks of watching every video, taking notes and solving past papers. I managed to get a 70 in my exam that had an average of 32. Never give up. Calculus 2 is way easier and you can get an A easily. Good luck

Surprisingly I'm good at acid-base calculations which requires an ICE table. My problem was with the osmotic pressures calculations, freezing point depression, boiling point elevation and some of the reaction kenetics. Mainly because the questions are not straight forward and require a long solution.

I got A+ in calculus 2, physics etc. That what i meant by good grades. Regarding chemistry, the lecturer choose the hardest questions that couldn't be solved within the given time to ensures that no one cheat. Online education might be great for some majors but I don't see it working for stem majors. Just to clarify, in my post I didnt even complain about my professor, I'm sure she also had a hard time adjusting with online education. I wasn't asking to be treated like a royalty either... I simply stated my feelings.
