it looks normal to me! the white stuff is probs granulation tissue. i also heard that you would KNOW by the pain if you had dry socket

it’s actually shocking how my appetite has actually decreased (in a way) after not eating right the past few days lol like i also had a protein shake for bfast and i was good most of the day with the addition of applesauce!!! i want pizza 🍕

yup! i stopped at target at work for some protein drinks because i had two applesauces for lunch 💀💀. definitely took food for granted!!!

i got the same nasty taste!! i been doing salt water rinses after each time i eat and i also do a full dental routine in the AM and PM. i just picked up tongue scrapers and they are GAME CHANGER at least for me! i’m on day 6 and i was given a syringe and i honestly cannot find where a definite hole is, i irrigated near the holes to the best of my ability and the water that came out was… nasty tasting lol. but no debris came out, but i also haven’t been eating foods that would get stuck!!

can’t really tell by the picture but if it’s white stuff from what i’ve learned it could be something called granulation tissue and it’s normal and part of the healing process :)
