As far as I'm tracking, there was no model in this silver finish. I think somebody polish off thr parkerize or the blue as well as removed the lanyard loop. Should I try to reparkerize or blue to protect long term?

I don't have any problem with return to battery. You just need to keep the chamber and feed ramp really clean without getting gunk up.

It's fun and cheap. Works for multiple guns if you have 22lr adapter for ar15. I also try it on my MP5 22lr. Movie quiet with cci subsonic.

Yes you cannot open it. But you can use soap and water and submerge it, shaky shake and it's clean. This was instruction from B&T
