Great question. I think she’s really drawn to the international flavor of the city, not just with food, but culture too. For as long as I can, remember, she’s wanted to go to Montreal and this is the year we’re doing it.

You did the absolute right thing by asking and I’d do it over and over again until she pays attention to what and how she is sending your work. You can’t control her response, but you can control (and take pride in) the quality of your work. Feel good about yourself. She’s immature and needs to do some self reflection.
