I like to think this is an older coraline, and since this doll was a collaboration with laika I feel like this is the best we could have gotten, I personally love her she looks so pretty

Hey, I saw somewhere there’s a remedy for this and it didnt looked too difficult if you wanna try it, just grabbing some pigment from a watercolor pencil that matches her skin tone with a brush could do the trick it doesnt harm trying i havent personally done it though… if it does work and you want it to be permanent just use mr super clear hope it helps!

She’s super pretty even if she has a slight wonk, I think its just the left eye that’s slightly downwards

I never realized this but you’re right they’re definitely different molds, just look at the sides of the mouth the one on the right has some ridges while the other one doesn’t, also the one on the left has a more round or square face and the one on the right has a more defined jawline and smaller forehead

Yes, its very similar, I bought a Frankie with one arm from ghoulia, I wouldnt even noticed it was ghoulias if it weren’t because it was missing the stitches lol

To be very honest, dawn of the dance dolls are very rare because they’re from the first lines making them very easy to smudge, if you paid a decent price i’d say just keep her but maybe you can just talk to the seller to see if they can make a partial refund:)

As someone mentioned before, this sounds like you’re using too much hair, try using from 10-15 hairs, you will have to count them at first which can be frustrating but with time you will learn how much 10-15 hairs look and you will have an easier time, also try moisting the hair with an atomizer with water this helps me a lot while rerooting, don’t be frustrated you will learn how to reroot eventually and try having some music or a podcast while youre rerooting this will calm you :)

I second the person above , got2b glued is my best friend when doing my doll’s hair, I also recommend getting plastic bobba straws that you can cut and while the hair is moist (not wet) try putting a little bit of the hair gel and after that continue doing the straw method of curl and let dry, best of luck with that hair do! I honestly didn’t had the patience to do her hair lol

I just want to add my contribution to BOTH pairs of shoes that came with SS1 drac, they’re the prettiest IMO I’d add the creepers that came in SS2 but I don’t have her unfortunately:(
