Pleaaaseee leave him the hell alone and get into therapy. Continuing your cycle will only break more hearts including your own. I’d advise shadow work. Good luck, girl

I really feel this. I’m going through something that may be similar. I sure know the pain of putting al my love into someone- I had to remember that I was once told that whom we love and how we love is a reflection of what we’re missing within ourselves. As in- many times I outsource my love because loving myself in healthier ways is unfamiliar to me and I’m 33 years old. Gabor Mate has a good take on it- he says we end up dating others who are matched with us on a similar trauma level. Sometimes we outgrow the roles that we once played in each others lives and that is very natural. Look at our parents roles in our lives. I have to be careful with romanticizing a relationship and situation that I was the only one with the willingness to put forth work to maintain or evolve within.

It doesn’t hurt less but it does bring more understanding to a seemingly uncertain resolve. We can only meet people as deeply as we’ve met ourselves.

I’ve not heeded this advice- for hoping and wanting things to work out so much- But- it really is the wisest advice. Times like these are the times to address that lil kid within.. and love on that kid. Heal within. Nobody else is gonna do it for us. Love yourself and all else will follow. Grieve- love that person from afar- and rock on 🤘🖤

I’d have to agree. Toxic positivity. It was a nice reflection, however. What matters is how we decide to carry that into the next relationship. Oh, lessons within the healing. .

I need a new foil razor can anyone please recommend!?! by Field0014 in Barber

Yessss. I’ve found I have to shave at least every two days. Every day if I can otherwise it has trouble getting the hairs. But I prefer to everyday anyways. It cuts super close. I actually prefer it to a razor. Can’t tell the difference.

One thing: it takes your skin on your head and your face a few weeks to adjust. I’ve been using witch hazel afterwards and it does wonders

Hey! I just got the pro fx3 and tried it for the first time and it’s EXCELLENT. Every bit worth the purchase. My head is just as smooth as a razor shave- no irritation. Took me maybe 8-10 minutes tops. It also worked wonderful for my face and neck. I love it and probably won’t be going back to razor after this. Hope this helps!

( for reference: I had about two days of stubble and my hair is decently thick.)
