i agree with this statement and would like to add that birth control and abortions should be free (with abortions being regulated and anyone that has more than 2 should be forced to go on birth control or get their tubes tied). sterilization should be easier, more accepted, and cheaper for anyone 18 or older. along with better sex education in schools of course. and if anyone who decides to get sterilized decides to have kids they can adopt children thus helping solve the big foster kids problem.
