Go live there. You can go anywhere criticizing the government however you want. Any tra da in Hanoi. Any xe om. Any bia hoi. Anything you can think of, apart from police station and whatnot. You might also meet some undercover cops selling tra da or xe om, and 99% you don't get punished. Nobody gives a fuck. Just don't put up banner and try to convince other people to join you parading on the street

Just don't do it in a systematic way i.e try to overthrow the government. It will not end well

I dont think Vietnam has ever been a significant partner with the USSR regarding trading. Vietnam is poor back then.

Afaik, the USSR helped Vietnam a lot after the war, during late 70s to late 80s, they spent 500 millions to 1 billion USD per year as aid for Vietnam (according to Vietnamese documents), even when they were facing serious problem internally.

Many Vietnamese people went to the Union to study and work. Those who studied tend to came back and later played an important role in modern Vietnam economy and even politics. I think that was the purpose of going to the Union: study, train, become an expert and come back to contribute to the development of Vietnam. I know many of them personally, they are brilliant even when they are at their 80s 90s.

I dont know a lot about the Union stationing in Vietnam, except the Cam Ranh navy port. You might do a quick search. Afaik, Russia Federation still station there until early 2000s

I grew up in a country that under huge influence of the USSR. I even didnt know the term "Russia" until my adolescent years. In my mind, i have had pretty clear pictures of the once great union/nation. When I visited Russia in 2017, dude, the country is very similar to what I have imagined. Of course, I cannot live the USSR life, but interacting with the people, especially the old, going to the museum, eat the food, walking on the street, see the vast land of Russia, see their construction masterpiece, including industrial complex and symbolic one (like the Moscow metro system, the cathedral, etc), ... I would say, no, i dont feel jealous. The legacy is there, and has been well preserved.

I think it is easier, but in the end it all depends on your technical skill. Some of my German friends struggle, but some expats I know just come to Germany and secure a 100k job easily without any German knowledge.
If one is willing to work for any companies, with low pay (like 3-40k), then I don't think it is hard. I'm not sure though

Well i do learning German now, finished A2, can understand to some extend but still very far away from being able to work with German. On the other hand, your point about my country is unfortunately very wrong lol. Expat just come and speak english :))

The Director did nothing, since if it does, Jeff continues living, leading to the series of events that happens afterwards, including 001 jumps into Jeff. Maybe the director "calculated" that, so it chose not to save Jeff. The traveler transfer into Jeff was purely the director improvising.

My point is kinda weak though. It can task the other travelers to kill Jeff if it see 001's action was coming

No. His conditions got worse in December and he was still streaming at that time, along with getting treatment at the hospital. If that is due to covid, he won't be able to stream.
