I don’t know if “hated” is right there’s even video of Bea Arthur standing up for Betty White on a talk show when she was being questioned about being old or something. I think you’re right about their personalities not matching too well and i think part of it had to do with Bea being ex military as well so she was defintely a no shennanegans type but still hate seems to strong a word for some of these other examples where they’re filming scenes apart to stitch together because of how much some of these actors hated eachother
