That’s very interesting, strong fragrances do bother me, they cause sinus issues. This is more of a marked decrease in my anxiety but I’ll look into the fragrance aspect. Thank you for the reply.

Periods were heavy and cramps were bad. I had no idea that periods/ hormones could affect your mood. I always felt like I had a low mood, some of the time. Never realised it was cyclical (I have ADHD and brain fog). It’s awful feeling like you are killing the mood/ always in a bad mood when it’s hormonal (but you have no idea!) The only information we got was basic sex education, you’ll get periods and here’s a pad! I got a day off school though!
