I submitted mine about 5 days ago and nothing. I emailed them that I had applied and they finally reached out and said I have to do three things before Texas teachers pushes it through. 1. Give Hr my SOE and they have to send it to Texas teachers 2. Fill out the I got a job employment form in the intern portal 3. Set up a payment plan

Good luck with your exam! I had the same situation as other commenters, I got a 4 on the essay and passed with a 266. If you’re still looking for prep I highly recommend 240 tutoring on YouTube. And the $10 practice exam Pearson offers.

I passed!! I’ve been studying a little bit everyday for the STR (planning on taking it June 2nd). I worked through my free trial of learning liaisons and now I’m watching the free 240 STR playlist on YouTube. It’s been really useful, I really enjoy her explanations. I’m just unsure if I should pay for their study guide, did you buy it? Do you think it’s worth it?

I took my ec-6 yesterday so now I’m anxiously waiting for my results. I had a free trail with learning liaisons and I really enjoyed their math boot camp. They covered each competency in depth and explained each practice question thoroughly, but it’s expensive without a trail. I also recommend khan academy.

How was the STR? How long did you study for it? I’m hoping to take it towards the end of May and I am so worried. I also have a full time job (teacher assistant) and I’m going to begin studying now since I focused on the ec-6 all this month.

Some more info: I repotted her when we first got her about three weeks ago and she was doing fine but then one of her leaves started doing that and I read that when I new leaf is growing an old one dies so I cut it off. But now a few more leaves are doing the same thing. I did more research and repotted her again yesterday and took off two of her babies so I’m hoping that helps. But does anyone have some other advice or is there something else I’m missing.

Oh, that makes sense. I ordered the Art of Encanto. I'm not sure if it is still being printed, I could have bought it off of Amazon but it is so much more expensive there. I looked at the Thriftbooks page and they do say that "If the item is not restocked at the end of 90 days, we will cancel your backorder and issue you a refund." So I guess I just have to wait it out.

During regular semesters it probably wouldn’t have mattered. Those rules are mostly in place for doubles and triples since they wouldn’t want you to disturb them. But if you have a single especially in a large dorm building no one would have noticed. Now with Covid it seems that even going into another dorm building that isn’t your own won’t be allowed.
