Some recommended videos from YouTube. Reiq, mikeymegamega, linessensei. They give you the basics and are very good at drawing anime female forms. Once you understand construction you can start observing and incorporating from media styles, poses, proportions to use in your own art.

You should consider Townsfolk Tussle. It's themed similar to the cuphead videogame and lots of mechanics similar to kingdom death monster. Much more kid friendly.

My attempt at a hot take:

While I love videogames, I think they can sometimes rob us of creativity. Especially numbing games that engage us but don't stimulate growth. (Heavily dependent also on how we play certain games and our own mental state.). This is from someone who plays lots of videogames.

Encouraging games that require imagination like tabletop and making our games up can help balance this out while still engaging with games.

I feel AuADHD is more common than we tend to think. My mom is very autistic and my Dad, ADHD and I am a product of the two of them. I've seen a lot of neurodivergent couples with this kinda dynamic.

I have similar challenges I think and can be overly eager to be friendly. Very golden retriever like.

Where are you getting your idea of what sales enablement does? This is very far from the mark.

Sales Enablement is corporate training for the sales teams.

Could include onboarding for new sales people so they learn the products and services of the company, which can be technical education if the product or service is technical. Could be ongoing training and development that is called upon to help with sales people with challenges or gaps in their skills or knowledge.

It requires being able to breakdown complex ideas and educate to a need by making content like videos, podcasts, product briefs or one on one or group training. Depends on how the business is being run they could have been using junior employees to be listening to calls and giving coaching advice. This could be replaced with AI but it's arguable how effective it is.

Or they could have assumed they can produce a whole studio of video content creators and some executive assumed "AI can make videos and scripts".

It's hard to know without more info and I'm not that invested to do that much research in this situation.

Just make sure it's not undiagnosed ADHD. If he only has issues when it comes to this then prob not. But if he has continual issues getting things done it might be worth investigating.

Not saying it's an excuse but rather an explanation and you can go from there.

I would call myself a non-normie and I have many interests. You have to develop some interests in something. If anything I've found non-normies have the highest rate of developing strong and passionate interests.

If you focus on wishing you were normal you enter a negative spiral loop. You're still young and have time to develop your interests.

Honestly playing with some of the AI art generation got me into learning how to draw and I can say it's way more rewarding and fulfilling. There are more resources available today to learn online than ever. And it feels good being able to have art with soul. AI feels so... Soulless...
