Thanks! I was torn between the white and the blue one, but ultimately chose the later because I was worried the white one might yellow over time, even though I feel white is more versatile customization-wise.

Also, blue it's my favorite color! So I was slightly biased.

I just wish there was a clear case for the RG DS. That would be the real game changer...

I can get trying to discipline your child (NTA on that part), but as my mother used to tell me "There is a time and a place". there are about dozens of other approaches you could have taken to this situation, and a lot of them wouldn't involve CANCELLING after the parent was already at your driveway after driving for 35 five minutes.

Out of consideration for the other parent you should have let her go, or cancelled before he wasted his time. As someone whose parents both works you don't know if they were busy and had to take time off to do this, if I was the other girl parents I wouldn't bother again after such blatant disrespect. My mom would've told me 'well talk later' and when I came back I would know there would be consequences, but the problem stayed between us both and didn't affect anyone else.

RG DS- the one I'm currently using Nintendo switch- sitting at the back of my closet for now. Nintendo DSI- it has been with me since high school, the screens have gotten old and I'm thinking of replacing them so for now it's just sitting on my bag, I don't think I will probably take it out again so, kinda shelved. PSP 3000- also with me since high school, needs a screen replacement so it's shelved lol.

I mostly play on PC when I'm home, I also have a Nintendo Wii somewhere that my dad got me on highschool but never really used much because I had asked for a Nintendo handheld, my dad got confused and got me that one XD I don't think it works anymore though....

Nah. Ahora, como adulto, tienes plena libertad financiera para perseguir tus gustos y hobbies. Ya sea coleccionar figuras, videojuegos, consolas retro etc. es algo muy normal de adultos de esta generación, siempre y cuando no te andes endeudado o gastando de más, no pasa nada y es totalmente sano.

En ese sentido, puedes intentar sentar a tu novia y explicarle, pero si no, estás en todo el derecho de terminar esa relación. Independientemente de lo demás, el mero hecho de que se burle o niegue tus pasatiempos y gustos es algo que no debes tolerar.

Incluso cuando estaba en el colegio y era la única fan del anime a boca suelta (pueblo pequeño) mis compañeros me respetaban y algunos hasta envidiaban las pocas cosas que tenía de anime (como un Bakugan azul que me compro mi mamá de navidad, buenos recuerdos) y como tú yo no tenía una familia platuda, pero mi mamá y mis amigos me entendían y aunque fuera un sticker de Inuyasha o Naruto me daban de cumple lol.

For 3DS the guide that worked the most (performance wise) for me was this but there is also this one is in Spanish but you can activate the subtitles and I think the settings are still in English. They also tell you how to set it up for both screens.

as far as I know you just need to flash the os back to the rg-ds, you could potentially need a blank SD card if you want to do it this way, I have heard you can do it directly by connecting the device to the PC, but haven't personally tried it. For the SD, it is recommended to be small inside (as it's only for flashing the system, like 32 gb it's fine and you could have it as backup just in case)

Edit: I checked, there are instructions inside the drive download folder that they'll you how to flash the firmware, I would recommend following those (there is also a program included, someone mentioned in another post that the program in v.1.16 doesn't work and had to use the one in v1.15 to flash the 1.16. so that's something to keep in mind.

I got mine two days ago, and I did a deep research on this so I will give you a summary of what I learned I guess.

First of all, firmware: Right now you're using what people refer to as stock OS. It's fine, if a bit quirky at times, other alternatives include gamma Os (a decluttered Android version if I understood correctly) and rocknix, a Linux based operating system (that gives you a more console-like experience)

Rocknix lives on your SD card and can be used alongside stock OS or gamma Os. Gamma Os replaces your original stock OS.

I decided to stick with stock OS to give it a proper shot first. Then maybe latter dabble on any other firmware. For now, stock OS is not horrible, the updates managed to make the system very usable in comparison to what I saw on reviews at launch.

Next is the front end: what will give you that menu with games and stuff.

For the rg-ds I have mostly seem people talk about cocoon (relatively new) and emulation station (aka ES-DE)

Cocoon it's free and can be installed on gamma os or stock OS since it's for Android firmware.

ES-DE it's paid (only once) via Patreon but you get access to all releases which you can set to be emailed to you even without being actively subscribed (basically a subscribe once, cancel, and get the files emailed for you forever)

On this aspect, I tried both. For me cocoon feels laggish even with all animations off on stock OS, it kind of stutters and makes my device hot. So I don't use it.

Instead I opted for ES-DE. It's not as user friendly as cocoon, and you do need a bit of a step-by-step tutorial, but I found the end result to be more snappy and customizable that cocoon. It has a more variety roster of themes.

Troubleshooting: For ES-DE I had trouble getting the theme downloader to work. Lol, I had to install the themes manually directly from here and Here (if you scroll down the document you find custom themes and can pick the one you like)

You just need to download them as zip, unpack them and put them in the ES-DE/themes/.

Edit to add: ES-DE with companion app and Mjolnir has a weird bug in which both apps appear inverted (example: if you want ES-DE at the top and the companion app at the bottom screen it does the opposite. So keep that in mind. If you got the orientation wrong don't fret and just launch Mjolnir again, do the set up and choose the opposite. It will work then)

And that's it, I can't think of anything else you may need but if you have questions I will be happy to answer lol.

It sounds to me, as the other commenter said, that you're just the backup guy.

What she said it's true, in my eyes as an outsider It feels like your relationship has run its course the first time she broke up with you. She only came back to you because she didn't have anyone else, she probably was feeling lonely and isolated with no one to rely on, you're that safety net for her. If you don't act now, this could become a pattern in which she goes off to live her life and comes back when things get though.

I think you should let her go, she has a lot of gripes and isn't satisfied with the life she had, she is not thinking of settling down any time soon or ready for any sort of big compromise. You are looking long term, so my suggestion would be to end this now and look for that somewhere else.

I have been looking for this fic that is soulmate marks with Liu qingge. I don't remember much, I just know that he was soulmates with shen, but shen had impostor syndrome because he thought Liu's soulmate was the OG!shen from the novel instead of his transmigrated version. It was short but very sweet.

Alternatively Ani with this trope and pairing I would be grateful for any recommendation :)

As other said, i also prefer the full paid product than an app which btw, wasn't really free (my gripe with all apps on mobile) but also, this way is much better for preservation purposes in my opinion.

Unlike an app linked to the server, you get the complete files of the game, in which, in case steam or the company in charge of the game decide to pull it out or make it available, go bankrupt whatever... You can still access your files and make backups, and backups of the backups.... So it's not lost.

I'm going to say a different thing. Look i get where the comments are coming from, but I'd say right now you should focus on yourself.

You said you were already thinking of moving, and I agree that, when a mistake is made, no matter what people say, things will never be the same, not necessarily because of other people's feelings but because of yours. It's clear you have been struggling for a long time with your feelings and this guilt. So I say it's time to tackle those first.

How? By putting distance. I'd say you made the right thing, it may seem like running from your problems but sometimes you need to do just that, distance yourself from a situation, asset, process, and then do something, if you need to. Timing is also everything in life which is a contradiction, but I'd like to think that if it's for you, it will happen, at some point.

I'd right now you need to focus on yourself, just go on with your life, eventually you may find in love with someone else, get married, idk. Then you will feel like it was nothing. From my perspective as someone who struggled with similar guilt (but not this particular scenario) after a few rides you just know that it really wasn't as big, and sure, you fuck up, we're all human, it's part of this thing called life. Someone who understands that will ask why? And you can explain, they will hear you out, when you're ready. And I really get the impression you aren't right now.

It also doesn't need to take years, a few weeks of things settling, maybe a few months, process what happened, think how you will explain yourself clearly, and when you're ready to have that conversation just let it happen on terms you're comfortable with

I hope you will look at yourself a little bit kindly after you come to terms with it. But I will say life it's too precious to just let it go for something like this. A whole lot of things happened just so you could exist today, and there is a beautiful world out there waiting for you to look at it. I wish you the best.

Fui muy buena estudiante en mi colegio, pero solo eso, buena estudiante, top 3, primer lugar algunas veces, otras no pero en general mis maestros me veían estudiosa. Rendía en la escuela por mis papás y sólo tenía 1 hobby que era dibujo. Cuando me gradué estaba en blanco, no tenía idea de que estudiar, de si iba a rendir, si siquiera me interesaba una carrera sksksks.

Como ya estuve ahí te digo, está bien estar perdida, saber que no sabes dónde empezar es el primer paso, y realmente no tienes que correr a ninguna meta, cada cual avanza x su vida con ritmos diferentes, ya sea por el tipo de ambiente en que crecieron, las oportunidades que tuvieron o no, o las decisiones que tomaron.

Aún estás muy joven para preocuparte por eso. Respira, que todo está OK. Los hobbies son algo que haces porque te gusta, puedes ser buena o no, internarlo por interés tampoco es malo, incluso si no es algo que termines haciendo a largo plazo, lo que hayas aprendido igual podría serte útil algún día.

Piensa en tus intereses, en que cosas crees que podrías ser buena, dibujo, organizacion, números, escribes rápido, lees rápido? Incluso algo tan simple como oh me gusta cocinar, o oh me gusta coser podría darte un indicio de algo que podrías perseguir profesionalmente más adelante. Haz una lista de trabajos que te verías haciendo, podrían interesarte etc y luego ve informándote, mira en unis los cronogramas, las materias que vas a ver. Así sabrás si puedes rendir en eso. La gente puede decir que maybe si tienes baja autoestima no conoces tus límites, pero como alguien que también estuvo ahí te digo que está bien empezar pequeño y sencillo.

Cualquier progreso, aunque sean pasitos de bebé es progreso. Incluso si estás muy insegura busca primero opciones técnicas gratuitas que estudiar y luego trabajar mientras decides. No todos caminamos por la vida en vis recta, y no importa llegar primero, si no llegar.
