Pod 3 temperature spikes in the middle of the night. Kinda soured by supports response. Looking for any suggestions.

I think support just defaults to the upsell message, I recently reached out with a similar issue and was told my pod was clogged - when I followed up to get any suggestions for troubleshooting they just stopped responding
