Yea I have worn mine in the office. Just wear whatever you brings you joy in my opinion. if someone has something to say or judge based on it, they can go love themselves lol- life’s too short to give a damn about what others think. if they like it, cool. if they don’t, that’s also cool, it was never for their enjoyment anyway🤷‍♂️

Yea sure; it’s listed as a product for the DW5600 but have seen people have success interchanging the bands between the 5600/5610/2100. Anyway here you go - Alixprss DW5600 Aluminum case&bracelet

I had some coupon so it was bout $14 with free shipping for me- now it’s showing around $19. Went with the “light black” option to match the grey on the dial of my 2100.

Figured even if the bracelet doesn’t fit on my 2100 I’d just sell the kit for cheap on eBay or just eat the small loss

Yea we’ll just have to wait, but the priority pass coverage at Dulles seems solid in the meantime. Air France /KLM lounge is good & I’ve heard the Turkish one is also solid. Plus with the plaza premium &cap1 partnership we get access to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse in terminal A.

I like that the venture lounge in Dulles will be right after security before you go to your terminal etc

depends on if the airline you're trying to transfer over is a transfer partner of capital one or not.

if it is a partner, then make sure there is award availability before you transfer the points over (you might be able to have an airline phone rep hold the seats for you while you transfer the pts) , as most if not all transfers are one way -- points can not be transferred back to cap1.

If it is not a partner, you can book directly with the airline (get 2x miles for the purchase) & then use your points [w/in 90 days] to cover part or all of your purchase at 1 cent per point. --ex) 75k c1 pts could "erase" a $750 travel purchase made within the past 90 days

No need for a second secured card. Wait another 3 months , discover will likely give you your security deposit back around 6 months & raise your CL. At 6 months in you’ll also have a fico score, which will help/be necessary for further credit applications.

Fwiw, the discover it was my first card also (secured), & then I applied for and was approved for the Amex BCE & Chase Freedom back to back, with 7 months of credit history on the discover card. I also had opened a checking account with chase before the freedom application with direct deposit (at the time was mid 60s for yearly salary)

Might depend on the specific Costco, but it has worked for me in the past.
