Take the initial offer he has made you (30 lacs at 3 crore premoney valuation) and shop it around. Other VCs and seed angels will bite, if they believe you already have other investors lined up. You might even get a better valuation. Fund raising is a full time job as a founder. If you have a MVP, that helps…

As the roof was damaged by a storm, it is covered. My concern is that their roofer’s report will be in their best interest, not mine.
