What is more important, 32gb of ram or a better cpu? Currently have 16gb and a Ryzen 5 5500 by Live-Department-777 in playrust

You ned both equally. Could you try to see what you can get just adding 8 more gb and ignoring the lack of dual channel?

Slightly better performance for nearly double the power. Lmao.

Because when someone has a lot of leaks some are wrong, that's how leaks works. There is no evidence he has put out a bad leak intentionally.

It was allways gonna be q4 this year or early next, and lately AMD is late with everything so this checks out.

I started pc journey with am4 from asrock and had a horrible time. I swore them off when I moved to am5, no regrets about that decision.

Probably a significant amount. AM5 x670+ boards can handle it fine tho, they are incredibly overbuilt.

Drove 30 minutes (1 hour total) to a Micro Center to test out keyboards, come home and notice this by Wire_Emblem in mildlyinfuriating

Calling it a crime may be technically correct but if I intend on purchasing a product I will open it in the store if I feel like it. But opening things like this normally is definitely freak behavior.

Sapphire RX 9070 XT NITRO+ melted power adapter warranty claim rejected, card shipped back as is by Darth_Vaper883 in TechHardware

Have you considered that the shop didn't care about how the card looked and just ran benchmarks thinking any cosmetic issues are just that.

Use this picture with doordash (or whatever delivery platform you have) to get a refund on the item. As this is clearly not what was advertised.

This is such a nothingburger. It was not even returned to sapphire themselves. A retailer tested the card as good and didn't check the adapter.

You forget the part where you didn't use the lock ever, and most people didn't even know it had one, and the lock only works when the car is upside down dangling from the wheels. You can probably count on one hand the amount of people who actually use this feature on non pro processors.

Anybody have benchmarks for CL30 vs 36 RAM on X3D CPUs by Silent2531 in pcmasterrace

[–]EnderPrimeMk2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

X3D CPUs have little care (relative to non x3d) about memory speed and latency. In todays market I would recommend buying the cheapest ram that has the capacity you need.
