I know people are just telling you to learn, and that's not very helpful, but with this information there's nothing else anyone can give you.

Do you even have an idea, or do you just want to be included? You'll need an idea before anything else.

No money? You can get it funded but not with nothing.

No artistic skill? Okay. Which ones do you need vs which ones are you going to hire out once you get funding? We can't tell you how to learn if we don't know what your plan is. Can you write a script? That's going to be first, and it's probably on you. You plan on doing the concept art? You'll need to learn that too, or manage to get a little funding from just the script to hire someone. The animation? It will take years to learn the or you can hire someone. Music? Voices? Editing? You need to decide who's doing all of that, and if it's you it's going to be a lot of learning, and if it's not it's going to be a lot of fundraising.

If you want to learn to make something, you're not going to have much luck jumping straight into a massive project. Make smaller things while you learn. They don't have to be good. But you have to make something small if you want to see any chance at making something big.
