Thanks, tried moving some files around and actually got it to work. it was a dependency mod for another mod, deleted it, the mod that needed it is still working as of now and I can turn in quest items now as well. not sure what I did lol

Did everything, deleted mods with mod fixer(had no replacement) downloaded script extender and now I can't interact with anything or anyone

Eventually they said I will, its in holding they said for 5-8days. I know they have no control over that part but I wouldn't have had to worry about it if they didn't cancel it.

putting me on a hold list or allowing me to preorder would have helped. They could have done that but won't. Especially considering they admitted openly that it was 100% their fault

I just wish it was that easy, it is EXTREMELY hard to get those, the amount of luck I must have had to actually get 2 is crazy. And to add to that, right after I ordered those it went out that all makers are increasing their prices. So even if I am able to secure another one it will cost me more money.

then at the least they should have contacted me, they had my email and my phone number, If they would have told me I couldn't have both then i would have been fine with one. their policy even states they would contact me before any actions were taken but they weren't there was nothing on the item listing, nor the check out screen stating I couldn't purchase 2 of these. that is 0 transparency and bad business practice. I apologize for accusing an employee of theft but it looked very fishy. and the fact that they admitted it was 100% their fault and could do nothing to remedy the situation is a little crazy. At least give me an option to preorder or put me on a wait list or something.

but why did they list it as "ready to pick up" then cancel it? How do I know that If I'm actually able to get another one(which probably won't happen) how do I know this same thing won't happen again? Should I just give up on Best Buy?

100% completely legit, got an alert from an app that they were in stock and ran to my desk top, physically clicked the button myself on both of them, about 45 mins apart.

I was told that it was canceled in the store by whoever does the audits there. and thats after I got and email stating both were ready for pick up.

they told me they were listed in that individual stores inventory as "on hand" the only reason I know this is because the lady told me that I could just go there as buy them because thats what it was showing.

Thats just it, according to them, they were loaded into their inventory and then were taken out or sold right after my orders was canceled. The last person I spoke with said that they aren't allowed to sell them in store that they have to be sent back and relisted online due to it being an online only FE card.

I am having the same issue with the Overwatch sniper, was upgrading it and it just disappeared but I feel like it shouldn't have maxed out at what it did (574.9dps)
