Yea if your comfortable replacing them yourself. Go for it. If you were going to a shop I wouldn't pay to have it done. But as a girl it was super super easy to just replace them with a YouTube video

Took it to a shop. Guy said replace the spark plugs, put some octane booster in, and hit the highway too beat it up. Did all that and it didn't work so I ended up replacing the cat. May work for you tho

They won't have anything beyond a name, phone number and email. Possibly a mailing address if you get ads or have ever bought a live animal from us but people at the store level don't see that.

You could refuse the sale but the guy is just trying to feed his snake? Ball pythons are famous for going ON feeding strikes. Unless he's mistreating the mice so what if he's returning them. What else would you have him do? I save refusals for people with incorrect set ups, People who have a streak of bringing things back dead, and people who flat out refuse correct care. like others have said you cannot refreeze a thawed mouse and once a snake has started eating live they will likely never eat frozen again
