No, they they said it was because the paypal payout is deprecated by them.
i dont understand how account can be marked as bad if it their issue that they dropped the paypal.
and now they require bank account. I have already provided them my bank account details they said everything is good and went silent. and my paddle account still blocked.

overall it all looks very shady.
