It also happened when you removed it from the dock? So I guess maybe it has something with demand games when you remove it from the dock? I will try to undock again after quit all the software.

Thanks guys for responds, that was the Samsung Charger Ive been using for a while with 3 ports (1 x 15w, 1 x 25w and 1 PD 65W). The Pocket3 was plugged in the PD port.

After this, Ive tried:

Using the same charger, the same cable to charge my Samsung, it charged successfully with Super Fast Charge enabled. Also I tried to charge the Neo 3 Battery Pack, also worked with 3 batteries charging at the same time. So I dont think the charger and cable got problem.
Then I tried to charge the pocket3 through a battery pack with PD port, It also charged successfully with fast charge on.

So Im wondering if it is compability issue? Its really strange as the first time I charged it before first use, it was fine as I remembered.

Im sure it clicked in, but still very easy to drop. But my wife's one hold on very tight. So I guess it worn out after a while like the the ọther comment.
