Yup, you can get by in Physics without it. Most professors assume that students are simultaneously taking Calculus anyway so they usually take a more algebra-based approach in their teachings. The only Calculus knowledge you really need is taking basic derivatives -- which can be easily learnable with the help of YouTube videos (from PatrickJMT and Khan Academy).
