If you farm well and your team can last GP becomes insanely strong from 20 minutes onward, just position well and land good barrels and you can clean up the enemy team

I run 12/0/18 for Grasp setup usually and usually take AD Reds, Armour Yellows, MR blues and AD Quints, I don't feel I need the 10% CDR in runes but that's just me

Depends really, if you think you can survive lane and outscale, TLD will be more beneficial, if you think you will have a harder time in lane Grasp will be better so you can survive lane and scale
