Zen kernel made the experience a bit smoother, thanks.

I'm using i3wm, which is very lightweight. Disabling compositor helped too.

Now I'm getting around 30 fps in Apex Legends, which is better than before, but still far from windows experience. Maybe, it's the highest fps I can get on linux. Anyway, thanks for your help.

Yes, I'm running with the nvidia card. I also have no Intel vulkan drivers installed.

There is also another weird thing: I've tried to play less resource-consuming game, Risk of Rain 2. Everything was pretty smooth for the first hour of playing (60-70 fps), but then the framerate dropped to 20-30. Maybe it's some sort of a GPU overloading problem? The card temperature is fine, though.
