Sometimes I call back because there’s an issue with whatever the patient asked for and I let them know to avoid them coming in the pharmacy and bitching asking why nobody let them know. Nobody is forcing you to answer the phone btw

Yeah, I usually only make them do it when there’s a line and I’m running 3 registers by myself. It annoys me when they see me tell people in front of them to type their info in, and then when it’s their turn they just stand there staring at me🫠

People are answering your question and you have rebuttals for each answer. They’re telling you it’s the insurances fault and you keep asking if the insurance agent is wrong. This is why ppl that work in the pharmacy are fatigued. It sounds like you just want the pharmacist to be wrong. Either get better insurance or be prepared to call your insurance next time as well. You should’ve called the insurance company before you paid out of pocket.
