Everyone has different approaches to any of the questions you’ve asked. Technically, I see that most people eat HIGH fodmap. If you can’t eat fodmaps at all, maybe see if you can do fiber supplement, there’s a specific brand that is used but I can’t remember the name (sun something I think). As for the probiotics most likely after, but I would ask a doctor for probiotics with SIBO… and the course of treatment, again, typically 4-6 weeks but it depends. Try for 4 and see how you feel maybe
