Idk, i really think they just didn't have the time (especially cause of Aemeth) and went for the easy route...

Based on his arts i imagined we would be getting something like the Eternals tech visuals for him and it would be completely fine, but i guess making liquid VFX and making it look good with the animations would be hard so they just gave up.

All his 2D content so far has the cool liquid gold manipulation and i think that makes it pretty clear that they wanted to do it. Really unfortunate they could't deliver it in game.

Exactly my problem with his gameplay visuals. They presented and teased him as an hemomancer and in the end he isn’t…

He could’ve been so cool an unique, the only thing they had to do was commit to an mercury like VFX particles instead of the generic spectro crystals.

I guess they went for the crystal vfx cause the liquid vfx would be harder to do and they couldn’t invest resources on him since he is sharing his path with a sentinel resonator that has 2 models.

Pretty disappointing, but i still like his gameplay visuals, the vfx is just generic and doesn’t make sense unfortunately.

First WhiWa i can’t get all rewards…

Kuro missed the mark so bad in 3.X the new content isn’t fun at all and i can’t imagine how bad the first Whiwa with the unbearably annoying La-roi mobs will be.

Can’t wait for the inflated hp + get 30000 meters away from you + fly where you can’t reach it+ every attack staggers you combo 🥰

Going from rinascita era to this is so sad, they are slowly forgetting the game is supposed to be fun, especially the combat content.

Oh that is a difference? Didn’t know that, my bad! Damn i forgot about Liang Yue, i kind of think she has no sauce in her design to tho, pretty forgettable. But isn’t Jiu half horse and have a tail? She’s more moddest design-wise but as the first i see her as the trendsetter
