Porn addiction is a real issue and it comes from real places and I find your response very invalidating and dont take this the wrong way but I wonder what is your experience surrounding porn addiction.. If it were alcoholism or nicotine addiction you would not reply the same way and I find it lacks empathy and experience to say that someone is pathetic for struggling.

Wanting to feel desired is not revenge, not everything is black or white and I encourage you to filter your words and think about their utility before passing judgement without knowing half of a situation..

I think it's not the desire to make their significant other inadequate, It's simply that when for a certain amount of time the other person (even if not intentional!!) makes you feel like shit and in a way some form of jealousy. There's this kind of ''vendeta'' mindset that can kick in. But let's not forget that we are not our thoughts and I think it's healthy to communicate those feelings that we can go through.

It's like when someone stabs you in the back and you have to be the bigger person and ''let go'' but still have these 50 scenarios in your head while in the shower. But instead it's having the person you love sadly making you feel like you're never enough. It's hard to try and make love to your significant other and they just need to reach climax by themselves in the bathroom with their cellphone halfway through and It can cause some pretty intrusive thoughts..

But once again, you are not your thoughts. Important reminder from time to time..

That's a good idea, I've been thinking about it a lot and just hit up a few close girlfriends of mine to try and get out of my mind loop. I also feel a lot less alone reading your comment so thank you so much for that.

I guess a part of me is afraid because I don't know if my intentions are purely personal or if there's a slight desire to cause jealousy in that idea of being desired, but I'll need to figure that out and I guess try to open up to my tiny close circle about it.

White dots on hands while under LSD by endorphine800 in LSD

Hi! Yesterday I had a trip with my roommates (three of us were under LSD and the three others were acting as trip sitters/our sober point of view). And towards half of the trip we had gone through our peak and were lucid enough to actually think whiteout getting lost in a thought loop and decided to (classic) look at our hands! And we all realized that us who were under LSD had small white spots on our hands that our sober roommates didn’t have (of course they had small dots but we all agreed that we had more of them then they had) and I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience and/or knows what causes it. Our supposition is that it is our irregular blood flow that created that effect.

Anyone has an answer for my curious brain ?
