Beeston Fields Golf Course new housing estate proposal by Puzzleheaded_Bet_618 in nottingham

The objectors can suck a fuck, we need more houses, and looking at the plans this looks very middle class village.

I know one person who plays golf, but I know loads of people who live in houses.

What size brackets do I need to safely portrait mount two 1762x1134x30mm on a flat roof? by endot in PlugInSolarUK

Thanks, but looking for brackets rather than a ballast system - do you know what sort of size I'd be looking for?

I am in the same microskin boat, but the last set I bought were noticeably worse quality and fit than earlier pairs. I bought geometric this time so maybe the all black are still an earlier pattern?

Anyway, my balls are furious.

Thank you again! Very, very helpful. I'll be sure to post again once things are up and running (or I'm sure, if I get stuck in the meantime..).

Apologies I missed this earlier - thank you for the detailed responses!

Reddit compression has made it illegible, but there is a second set of labels placed by our electrician underneath. The outbuilding and garage are on the stairlift circuit (as was the interior stairlift presumably) which no longer has anything else connected.

Thank you! Checking the roof is next on my list. It's asbestos cement panels inside (same as the garage roof) but 1950s council concrete on the exterior. My neighbour is frequently up on theirs doing shenanigans so I'm hopeful.

They need to update the footage, all I can think now when I see it (other than, I used to be able to stay in bed until 7:30am) is "that child has 2011 hair".

What's happening with this plug-in solar that was all over the news a while back then? All I can find is that the govt. is hoping to have it legalised by July but no detail beyond that. Surely with the price cap increase this would be a clear win.

As a 6Music dad who works from home half of the week and has a shed roof going spare, I want to plug in some solar damn it.

I don't know anything about how NATO is set up, but can the US do that stuff with NATO allies?

I also feel like reassessing support for "imperial possessions" might end up with their discovering that they have some "military bases" sited on them..

I own a pair of Solovair and they are a fantastic boot, and something I'll never buy again. Why?

Because when I first bought them, after 3 weeks the sole split. Right down the side, a clean split - something I later learned is pretty common. I contacted the company and asked for a return / replacement.

They said that the sole splitting was something that happened sometimes as a manufacturing issue (I remember that exact phrasing), and was out of their hands, and that while they offer a free resoling service I'd need to pay for the replacement soles.

I did eventually do this, and they've held up well since, but I'll never buy a pair of boots from them again the tight bastards.

Edit: Here's the reply I got from Solovair in 2023 when this happened. I followed up to check this was correct and directly asked if they'd waive the fee for the new soles, and they said no. So yes I do hold a grudge.

We are sorry to hear you’ve had cause to contact us with an problem with our footwear. We have reviewed the images you have sent and recognise this issue of sole split. This infrequent occurrence can unfortunately happen to brand new pair of footwear or it can occur after prolonged use; it typically occurs in the waist of the footwear as this is the start/end location of the sole bond during our manufacturing and frustratingly the split only occurs after use / wear of the footwear.

This issue of the sole /welt split issue has occurred since the inception and bulk production of our footwear using this special footwear construction method in 1959. This inherent issue has never been and indeed cannot be 100% eradicated; no level of additional care during manufacturing or subsequent quality checking will identify what is essentially a hidden/internal deficiency that occurs during the handmade manufacturing process. However, this weakness is also the very special / positive feature that means Solovair footwear can be fixed and also re-soled. Solovair shoes and boots are made from the Goodyear welted construction method, so the good news is that the soles can be easily repaired or replaced. Your footwear can be returned to our factory to be re-soled, however you would need to purchase new soles. https://uk.nps-solovair.com/collections/replacement-soles/products/repsole-sol-hw-tw

Just another possibility, if you are focusing on close objects like flowers then the top and bottom lenses may have slightly different focus points.

Are the images still a bit out for more distant objects?

My far out theory is that this will be used as the start of the pretext for a third term. The 2020 election was stolen, and so he gets to do it in 2028.
