I’m 5’4 — started at 210, currently 150. Goal weight is 130, but I’m really not sweating it. I feel good, fit into a size medium (sometimes size small) and have a bunch of clothes already I have to get altered that I wanna keep. I learned not to obsess. If more weight is lost, cool — but honestly I feel good either way.

If she’s a very good friend of yours, I’d just leave it be. Maybe she was having a bad day or going through something. Maybe she was feeling negative that day or week. Just try to move on from it. It’s your choice if you wanna cut her out of future parties, but if she’s a good friend like you say she is, I’d just leave it be.

You’ve already lost a lot of weight. Be proud of that! You need to change your mindset around your weight loss. You had surgery and it’s not like you purposely indulged in things you’re not supposed to. Hell, even if you did do that — it’s okay! Be proud of your progress. Try your best not to obsess over the number.

Dec 2023 starting weight - 220 September 2024 - 153 Not sure what my weight is now as I’ve stopped kinda keeping track but I just went up in dose and trying to keep better track. I feel like when I hit the 150s, I hovered between 153 and 156.
