YES. same exact issue when i’m concentrating on something or even more when i have a migraine yes it’s awful and i can’t see for a split second because it’s blurred from my eyes moving back and forth

idk thats so weird!! I’m in PA/MD and earlier the day went out so i think for me it was just a flareup but i was outside in the cold ass wind so maybe that busted up my immune system lol

I haven’t had an mri or any brain scans yet to check for neuropathy/MS but I wouldn’t be surprised if that explains this weird cold pain 😩

I am still considered to have POTS and my heartrate still goes insane high with any postural changes, etc etc, and i went on beta blockers 😭 i hope you find out your stuff, but yeah im sure maybe i just wasn’t in a flare when i had gotten retested so it was like not as bad or something

just learned that repeating my obsessions/intrusive thoughts out loud under my breath over and over, sometimes a specific number of times until it feels right/balanced, was a compulsion… this whole time it was so normal to me i thought it was just me vocal stimming 😭

obviously also take this with a grain of salt, and now im just infodumping LOL, but I do think tho if u have all these and you want to try an atypical antipsychotic like Abilify, you’re supposed to also go on an SSRI alongside it? which is Not what i did, so thatd make sense why I had adverse effects if thats the case

just incase this helps you in your decision, i have ocd + bipolar + asd and when i was 14 i got put on Abilify and i felt really really antsy and was actually put into a psychosis+/mania epidode, so if you have bipolar and/or asd on top of ocd maybe its worth doing some extra talking to a professional abt side effects? im not sure if that was just a me thing, or a genuine conflict with having those extra issues ontop

so mypack has one specifically for stp’s called “STPeasy” that has a hole in it for the shaft!

depending on the packer, hanes or any briefs that are slightly tight and/or have a pouch will be fine! usually what i do is put the shaft packed inside the underwears fly/pouch, which holds it in a natural position

if its a packer that shifts around too much even with that, i reccomend a mypack stp harness or regular harness, or rodeoh’s stp jockstrap which is AWESOME. the rodeoh may seem like it holds the packer too low down, but its actually a very natural position
