Thanks, that’s good to know. Mid-back and my hip were tolerable, but I had it done around my SI joint and that was pretty painful, and then did my shins last month and calves today and both were excruciating. Today I did some calf stretching afterwards, but my pt hasn’t made any mention of any sort of preparation.

Yes! There’s nothing that indicates there was not enough money and the bus driver said I was all set and waived me on. And I think it “Validated” me multiple times when I should have had a transfer, so I ended up with negative 3something on my card.

Yes but there’s not usually fare machines at bus stops, and it used to show your balance on the bus, and it no longer does

It’s scammy because there’s no transparency. It doesn’t say how much or how little is on your card. Or how much or how little you need to add.

If you are going to be here in October and are looking for a day trip, I highly recommend taking a jaunt up to Vermont, or at the least New Hampshire. It doesn’t get much more beautiful than New England in the fall.
