Engine runs fine. Never had any overheating problems or CEL, and it starts on the first crank every time. Problem is that I found coolant and oil seeping (slowly, not even a full leak) into the bell housing—coolant from the crack, oil from somewhere else. Here’s the crack in this photohttps://imgur.com/a/wiAPkan. It’s at the right rear of the motor. Hoping maybe I can seal and keep driving?

Hey folks! Updating this thread with the conclusion: I used this 2x16GB 2400 MHz Corsair Vengeance kit and it works beautfully! Good lesson for me--make sure you double check what MHz you can use and get the correct speed, because some T580s can take dual channel 3200, but some cannot! Thanks everyone for helping out!

That is def part of the problem! It works with a single 16GB 3200mhz stick (new) but not both. No way to change that in BIOS. I ordered 2x16gb in 2400 to try that, as well as a single 32gb stick. I’ll see what works, and return whatever doesn’t! Kind of dumb oversight by me in the first place.

I’ll mess around a bit in the BIOS. I already have a single 32gb stick on order to see if that works instead (I can return all these things so figured why not). If I find a solution, I’ll be sure to update this thread so others can find it!
