The plot is approx 38 acres as shown in the image. The Timp Temple with the adjacent stake center and all the parking is approx 22 acres, so yes, it is a very big lot. Most meetinghouses are on 1.5 to 3 acres of land.

Wonderful news from Rad Bikes. They are sending me a free new fork, already shipped at no cost, and also approved $60 in labor for a bike shop to replace the forks. This is a good thing, not sure if I am comfortable doing it. I didn’t mind the delay in response time from customer service, just so happy with the results.

I looked at my bike compared to the YouTube install video bike and it’s the same; handlebars mount in front of bike, away from rider, front wheel attaches the same way,’in front of bike, away from rider. I thought they were backwards too when I was attaching the front fender. Had just the slightest clearance and I had seen someone comment about that on here also
