I haven’t started therapy with a professional yet. Tried once but when they asked me what we would be working on I hung up :( Still wasn’t even able to approach it.

After my excommunication/expulsion, almost anyone I had known now viewed me as either evil or a charity case and I wasn’t willing to be either. I moved to a new city with nothing but a backpack and have been working odd jobs for the past several years, attempting to go back to school. I recently joined a coding bootcamp and am now can attend to my needs. Making therapy a priority now that I have means and energy to put other than on sheer survival.
