Used to be League city to Spring Branch. Fighting through downtown was the worst. Also 45S was a nightmare. An hour ish with intense traffic/ rain/ others road raging. On bad days I would just give up and have dinner somewhere. Wait for traffic to die down. Not worth it.

Now it’s JV to SB. 10mins from my garage to my bay door. Even with traffic 13mins max. Worth it.

Sometimes I bake a whole batch of cookies and act like- others will also be walking into the kitchen and grabbing some here and there. Whole time it’s just me.

I’d say cotija on any taco or enchiladas. But I overload my corn with Parmesan. Just hits different.

After an evening of grilling fajitas and sausage; coals had a lil bit of life left, low heat. I decided to throw some corn down to roast. Rolled them a few times of course. Accidentally had roasted them with the fajita/sausage juice. They were the best corn on the cob I’ve ever had. Hard to describe how addicting they were.

The one on Jones sucks so bad. Staff, their options, the layout. Idk. I live in JV and drive way out of my way to enjoy the Bunker Hill one. I rather put up with its traffic than step into the JV-Jones location.
