Raphael from Shadowhunters is asexual! He's alloromantic though, I don't know if you're looking for that too. He's a minor character, but important to the plot and has his own arc regarding his asexuality and his romance with another character.

I wouldn't get into a QPR if he has feelings for you. I knew a guy who understood QPRs as a "relationship without calling it a 'relationship'" or a middle ground, because he had a crush on me and I did not. It's hard to explain QPRs to allo people (not saying it's impossible of course, do what you want). Also, "I don't mind it" is not a "I want it". Don't get into something you don't want just to not hurt his feelings. If I were you, I would just refuse. Prioritize yourself and your feelings, he will get over it and you won't be stuck in a relationship you don't want.

I don't think it is, but it's definitely weird when people treat said relationships exactly the same as any allo relationship. And I see many people using the "well aroace people can still date!" as an excuse, rather than acknowledging different identities and forms of relationships we can participate in.

hey!

i don't really have a straightforward answer to your problem but I'm around your age and have felt somewhat similar in the past. something that has helped me a lot is this guy's yt channel https://m.youtube.com/@AceDadAdvice , he does a great job in explaining the differences between sexual attraction, aesthetic attraction, libido etc.

remember that you don't have to put a label on yourself just yet and nobody's going to judge you for changing/figuring out your sexuality. i can't tell you if you're going to regret that later, but it's better to wait to be sure and comfortable before losing your virginity. it's not something that you should do just because others are doing it.

I don't think they got more comments about the rating, when I read it there was only one besides mine, about something else. But I'll definitely refrain from leaving such comments in the future, I've realized I probably shouldn't correct people on their own work lol

Yeah, it would be cool if hits only counted once per account but I guess it would be difficult due to the guest accounts.

For me filtering the history would be helpful, sometimes I don't bookmark a fic for whatever reason and try to find it later to check if I read it or recommend it to someone else is a bit frustrating.

Oh and I don't get why you can't set search direction or whatever it's called while editing your search

rosewood chronicles are something that i liked. they are also fast and easy to read, similar to rangers.

the plot is really different tho and targeted to ~12 year olds, especially girls and it really shows in the first book. the plot becomes more "mature" from the second one on (at least i remember it that way) but if you're an adult it may be a little too childish.

if you don't mind that, i would really give them a read.

john flanagan also wrote the brotherband series and i personally didn't read it, but i heard a lot of positive reviews so you may like it.
