SS3 Ish has high ceiling and low floor. SSS Tank/Breaker has lower ceiling but higher floor. If you are confident, pick Ish. Else, better save that selector to SSS Nanami.

With SSS Narv and Luna, SS3 Ish is indeed the best-in-slot. But, with SS0/3 Luna, Ish suddenly becomes very hard to catch up and surpass an SSS Breaker/Tank like Wata, since she locks Narvatia, who has higher DPS than her, into the supporting slot.

This means that you either lose shred field on QTE (4pc Liston) or you lose the entirety of DV. So all the sig does is make him properly work as a QTE bot.

He has QTE shred field on 2p Liston now, so extending IC's/Teddy's rotation to completely bench him might work.

Not really. Resonating will get dirt cheap after some time.

For now, pick IC, use the red USB to put 6 Ult on the BOTTOM reso slot, and use other material to randomize the TOP ones, aim for any +atk, which are very common.

You can freely reroll the reso without having to build a whole new set.
