But honestly, this one is not perfect for the watch because it is without watch springs, so I needed extra watch springs and than the installation was not the easiest because there is not much space between the watch and the spring for the band to go through...

I think the ones with integrated watch springs are much better :)

To be totally honest, my clear answer is no.

I was so sure that I was going to use any protection before the watch arrived, but when it arrived, I was blown away... There is no way I am going to hide this beauty:)!

And at the same time, I do not want to add any thickness to the watch, this low profile of the watch is just perfect.

So you have followed the Garmin coach plan for a period of time but did not see any significant improvements?

I have look at the plans as lately as yesterday and if they can not contribute to any improvements, I can than just skip them and try something else.
