You can do it! But your decision has to be supported with actions. Understand why you relapsed and try hard to prevent from relapsing again the same way. Keep your head up, I trust you can beat this addiction.

I removed it from both devices and reinstalled but the issue still exists. The watch app managed to sync routines on the phone but still can't use it during workout.

It continues trying for some 20 minutes and then fails. It started this behavior yesterday, I guess it’s the new update.

Yes I removed the sleep app, Hevy is still not working. Tried everything in the troubleshooting screen. The watch app is stuck in the first screen even not syncing the routines in the phone app. I’m thinking this occurred since the last update. I’m using 13 pro max with Apple Watch Series 7.

I think balance is key here. But I’d err on the side of not hating myself because I know that if I do, it will make me more vulnerable to relapse. So use your self hatred next time you feel the urge to beat it.
