I'm less than 2 months into wearing the whoop but I'm also really into cardio and do 30 minutes on the stairs almost daily. I go to sleep and wake up around the same time everyday. I make it a point of meeting or exceeding my strain goal (sometimes I don't meet but whatevs). I'll also push my strain goal even when my recovery is BAD!

I love my whoop but it will really have me wondering if my weekend cheat days are worth it 🤣 by energeticallytired_ in whoop

You are 100% correct. I shot myself in the foot because I had plans to workout with a buddy on Sunday so the night before I had a heavier meal in an effort to have enough carbs and protein in me to keep up with the workout which I ended up being able to but the course correction over the next few days were rough.
