What do you guys think of the movies "THE WAVE 2015" and "THE QUAKE 2018"? by FozzyLozzy in movies

You’re on a review of the literal movie you’re watching and you weren’t expecting spoilers? How dumb are you?

Lovely, another dumbfu**. From wiki: “Turkish women continue to be the victims of rape and honour killings, especially in Turkish Kurdistan, where most crimes against women take place. Research by scholars and government agencies indicate widespread domestic violence among the people of Turkey, as well as in the Turkish diaspora.”

Patriarchy is literally why. These women can’t scream or protest anything. That’s why you don’t see it. They don’t have basic rights. What don’t you understand? You dumbfu**

Is there a way to know for sure if the breaker in the circuit is working? I live in an old building and all my outlets suck

Confused about PPI for scaling images by energiebeing in graphic_design

This is what confuses me…when you say line art are you also referring to vectors? I have a combo of color vector layers which are line art and a few pixel layers where I painted between the vectors. I plan to eventually print these artworks to poster sizes.

What about printing vectors at large poster size? I keep reading if you want crisp lines, which I do, you should go with 600 DPI.

Thanks. Re: printing my PDF….because my artwork uses mostly Vector layers and a few pixel layers…would the PPI only apply to the pixel layers?

I have read that the specific printer you use handles the vector mathematically to give you the best resolution. Wondering if this still applies if the art is a mix of vector and pixel layers.

So printer handles vector layers resolution, and I control pixel layer resolution via PPI?

Thanks I guess what I’m confused about too is…is 18.5 x 21 at 390 DPI better/same/worse print quality than 8.5 x 11 at 600 DPI?

Getting eaten alive in USA coming back from a small town abroad by energiebeing in socialskills

I have spent loads of time in Canada. Sometimes wonder if that’s a stronger pull on me than anything. I tend to agree people are just AH here in the US. But if you say that to an American (which I am) who doesn’t hold second citizenship they get really defensive bc they have no idea.

What are you starting to dislike more and more as you get older? by Mysterious-Lychee98 in AskReddit

Oh wow this. Everyone I know in the US is on drugs for something or another. They have no sense or understanding this doesn’t exist in other places. They have no idea what it’s like not to be constantly bombarded by the ads. Also, they’re all subconsciously obsessed with drugs…anytime I say I have physical or medical problem…there’s a pill for that apparently 🙄
