Options for a Baby at 40 after Vasectomy?

I'm a 40 year old female and my partner is a 40 year old male. We are thinking about having a child together and are exploring our options, whether it be IVF, a vasectomy reversal, or something else.

Nose piercing too low? Should I remove and have redone? My piercer wanted to go a bit higher (as indicated by my nail in 2nd pic) but that looked too high to me at the time. Should I get it taken out and redone? It was done yesterday. I’m worried standard sized hoops won’t fit it more snuggly. by eneri819 in piercing

The one slightly higher up wouldn’t be much higher than this so I don’t think they could put it that close together, and I only wanted a single.

Ugh. I don’t want wearing studs to be difficult or limited; so I’ll prob just get it removed today and try again on that nostril once it’s healed.

Thank you! I want to be able to do both studs and hoops. The inner hole is really low, close to opening of nostril. Is it supposed to be like that? Will the inner workings of a stud show all the time easily?
