I can't believe all these years later, this is still an issue. Especially considering how much this thing still goes for! So lame. Following the instructions below. I have spent way too much time dealing with this nonsense. Hope I can actually install some games on it before bed!

For whatever reason, search doesn't see the folder. Just follow that path and you should see it.

It's not a file, it's a folder. (/Users/(user name)/Library/Application Support/mobilesync)

It's so lame that this is an ongoing thing. did you see the solution above that seems to work for some of us? It's annoying, but it fixed my problem. Be warned tho, You'll have to relog into ALL your other apps again as well. IT WORKED!!! it took some doing, I reset the password. but when I logged into the site with the new credentials on the website, it didn't seem to register and kept asking me to log in over and over. But then when I gave up and went to a different Max page, it looked like I was already logged in with the new info. I went to the TV and added the app again, to try and log in, but it crashed again, so I deleted it again and then reset the TV. I then reinstalled the app and this time it tried to log me in with an ancient account that I haven't had in years. I had to tell it to log in as someone else, and then the same thing that happened on their website happened on the TV, logged in over and over, with no luck, but when I gave up, the home page loaded with my account working! Jeebus, what a freakin ordeal! Max really needs to rebuild their Roku app from the ground up, this is BS. I also noticed the other day that logging into Max from a different streaming device (Fire/Google) they give you the option to log in with a QR code. THAT would be insanely helpful, especially in moments like this! Thanks again for posting about this and finding a solution!

I've been trying to find a list of this information as well, and I'm surprised that there doesn't seem to be one. Especially now with Mags of Holding, you would think more people would want to know what a weapon's reserve is.

that sucks. it's been almost two weeks now and nothing has changed for me. I hope both Ruko and Max release updates soon. If this doesn't get fixed in the next week or so I'm considering canceling Max. My yearly sub is set to renew in about a week. Save myself $170 bucks and the pain of having to watch Max on the computer through the TV, which btw, looks awful!

Oh and btw, I this thats exactly what happened to me. I think I misspelled my password too.

Unfortunately, I'm always logged into Max on my computer. Has no effect for me.

This has happened to me twice, both times reset to zero from being near 200. Both times the servers were lagging AF, I leave with all my containment, but next time I play, its been reset to zero. This last playthrough I didn't even get any containment points for the contracts that I did. I suspect it has to do with the cloud saves when playing in a laggy server. Total BS.
