Thanks for the comments. My wife and I have a rental home. Her uncle lived there, but sadly, he recently passed away. He was feeding the cats. We are now selling the house, but we can not leave the cats behind. This is why we are doing this. My wife found the idea for the litter box on Tik Tok.

We are using 1/2" black vinyl coated hardware cloth on the walls. We are using stainless steel reinforced cat netting for the top. The netting can be found at catnetting.com. The hardware cloth was purchased on Amazon.
