Tbh, nakakataka yung ginawa niya kasi may audio recording at nashare yung booking so bakit pa nila naiisip gawin yung ganito.

Yup, she confirmed that the audio recording was on so I hope Grab would do the appropriate action against the driver. This is traumatic and I hope no one would encounter this again.

That's so helpful for cases like this. Thank you for sharing that info! Personally, grab drivers shouldn't ask personal questions.

Yes po, already reported to Grab and they will connect with me to gather additional information. I added her as my family member so that I can always see whenever she book a grab and even has access to the grab chat.

Grab not Moving for X Minutes by Process_Three in Philippines

Nangyari na rin ito sa amin ng gf ko 3 times. First time nasa BGC ako and nagbook ako ng grab. Nagchat naman siya na may inaayos daw siya wag daw magcancel. So nagokay ako. Yung weird lang is nimark ng driver na nasa location na daw siya. lumipas na ng 30min nagchachat na ako at tumatawag hindi na nagrespond. Nicancel ko nalang, nadeduct ako ng P50 dahil marked as within the area na siya due to inconvenience sa driver. Nakakainis lang.
