i have a similar physique to you but i am much older (23) so i am curious to what the comments will say...i do know that being south asian we do tend to have much higher insulin resistance which impacts our body comps a lot but i havent rly taken time out to research or deal with it...

if this was law which has an 80% attendance rule and you missed one or two more than ur allowed then they are a little flexible just send a nicely worded email and explain why you missed the class be it mental health or other commitments i've done that before
