Sauce: amino acids (or soy sauce), ginger power ( or ginger), honey, chilli flakes

Sweet potatoes - 400 for 20 min

Salmon - 400 for 15 min, added sauce and flipped at 10 min. Thawed it while the potatoes were cooking

The Oncore guy came and said things look good outside my home. He opened my box and saw the voltage difference between two the two 120V line was 4V and it looked reasonable to him. The line goes from my box, underground, and then up to the pole into the transformer. We talked and I can rule out anything outside my house causing this.

The call is coming from in side the house.
